This notice is provided, also pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Data Protection Code” (hereinafter, the “Privacy Code”) and articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), to those who connect to this website (the “Website”) owned by Senatrans Polska of Ivan Senatore, Sole Trader, operating in the transport sector (for the sake of brevity “Senatrans”).

Senatrans may collect certain data, such as, for example, information aggregated while browsing the Website.
The browsing data are always processed in anonymous form.
The Website can be accessed by users without requiring the conferral of their personal data.
2.1 Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures on which the operation of this Website is based automatically acquire, during their normal course of exercise, certain data originating from the browser used, which are then implicitly transmitted in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
Examples of this data category include IP addresses, domain names of the computers used by those connecting to the Website, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifiers) of the requested resources, the time frame of the request to the server, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

We do not request your express consent for the processing of your data precisely because, since the data are anonymous, they are not “personal data”, that is, they cannot be related or traced back to you, and at the same time, they are essential for the purpose of providing you with our services (such as the number of the mobile phone on which you have requested to receive our contents).
3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING, SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
The personal data of the Website users, always in anonymous form and not traceable to the browsing user, are only processed in our legitimate interest to enable the optimum browsing experience on the website that describes our products and our business, and for this purpose alone.
